Continuing the Guru–Śiṣya tradition:

From its first Arangetram in 2004 to its 20th Arangetram in 2026, Padmasri Dance Academy has nurtured generations of students in the rich tradition of Bharatanrityam under the guidance of Guru Sangeetha Sridhar. This milestone celebrates more than two decades of dedication to artistic excellence, cultural preservation, and the timeless guru–śiṣya tradition. Each Arangetram marks not only a student’s accomplishment but also a continuing legacy of discipline, devotion, and the transformative power of dance.

As we commemorate this 20th Arangetram, we honor the journey of every student, family, musician, and well-wisher who has been part of Padmasri Dance Academy’s enduring story.
